I am a self taught Irish Artist, based in Kilkenny. I work mainly with oils. Through my paintings I explore the threshold between the seen and unseen, the waking world and the dream.

I am drawn to the liminal space where inner landscapes meet the outer world.

My artistic journey is rooted in my own healing journey, intuition and lived experience

I believe in the power of healing through art.

I am a single mother of three boys, and I live in County Kilkenny, Ireland. I have a background in Holistic/alternative medicine and I am a qualified Somatic Education Coach, which informs both my approach to painting and the inspiration behind my work.

From 2020 I started dedicating all the time I had available to painting, and in 2022 I was fortunate to receive support in the form of the Basic Income for the Artist Scheme, which has made it possible for me to focus on my art full-time.

In my creative process I draw inspiration from figures that bring me hope, nature and the animal kingdom, the eloquence of human expression, and scenes from my imagination and dream world. 

I see my work as a medium for both self expression and healing.

My mission is to offer Art lovers unique and inspiring works that fill their homes with beauty and meaning.
